Payment

iDeal:
Most customers use this easy payment method. We get notified of an iDeal payment within a few minutes of payment which means we can send the product immediately if we have it in stock. Orders placed before 15:00 care nomrally processed the same day. In most cases, your product will arrive the next business day in the Netherlands or Belgium!

Paypal:
PayPal enables you to make payments online in a secure and easy way. If you have a Paypal account, you can, immediately after completion of the order, make a payment through your bank account or creditcard

Mastercard:
You can use Mastercard which is a globally accepted means of payment. Mastercard also ensures all your purchases.

Visa:
With Credit Card visa you can safely buy from us.

When can I expect my order?
When the product is in stock we will ship your order within one working day for you to deliver, if ordered before 15:00. For products that are not in stock funds in most cases a delivery time of 2-3 days in the Netherlands and Belgium.
This is because of our unique cooperation with our wholesalers.

One part does not fit or is defective
In the event that you ordered an item that does not fit, providing it is still in the original packaging, you can just send it back to us. You are responsible for the shipping and transportation. When we receive your product we will refund you the price of the product. Or we can deliver a different product of your choosing.
Do not forget a return form so we can deal with your return quickly.

CAUTION: Make sure that your return is properly packed and that the product is not damaged. we cannot refund products that have been installed or damaged.
